Placing a save button on a sheet

Im working on a spreadsheet where participants can enter draft picks one by one. When the draftees enter their pick in the cell, I would like a button on the sheet that allows them to click Submit. I would like this submit button to save the sheet. Combined with this, I would like to have an undo button that will undo the save, incase of an entry error. This undo button will need to be password protected if possible. I have dabbled with some of the existing code I've found here, trying to mix and match but have not found what im looking for. Maybe I need to take a VB course! Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Here is the attachment.
