Open file --> have pop up message appear --> click on pop up to close it

I have an Excel file that everyone wants to save by clicking SAVE in the toolbar. They need to click a SAVE button first since the macro will save it to a specific location.

Is there instruction somewhere that when the file is opened, a pop up message will tell them to 'click the save button' first? I'm not familiar enough with VBA to create from scratch.
