Here's a UDF to compare the delimited values in one cell with another.
Place that in a standard code module (Insert > Module).
Please Login or Register to view this content.
Then use the new function like so:
In C2: =CONCATDIFF(B2, B3, ",")
In C3: =CONCATDIFF(B3, B2, ",")
