Create multiple workbooks from a single workbook

This works great, but I have a set column structure for a pivot table refresh and I need to be able to do this filtering on a column other than A. When I modify your code for column AO (instead of A) to be the filtered column, it begins to copy the data from AO into A on the new sheet and then fails to complete it properly. Can you tell me how to modify this so I can pick different columns for the filter?
