VBA to change structure of excel file

Hi,

I have an ordered dataset by time.
The first row is the id row indicated by a number (767) a date (16/04/2006) and two characters (f or m and A or F).
The second row represents a sequence of data for certain hours of individual days (0/4/8/12/16/20h).

I would like to put all sequences for each number (767) in one row as has been done in sheet "2". So each sequence should
represent 5 days of data in one row.

Is there a VBA to do this? This would save me a lot of time and I have no idea how to start.
