Copying cells after last cell, with out overwriting data in cells above.

I need to know if this is even possible, but basically have it where in a workbook I have three columns, A, B, and C. In A and B data goes from 1 to 20.

In C It goes to 15 because data was imported into rows A and B. Now in C, there are numbers, as you see in the workbook I attached, and in doing so have created a problem, I can't just copy from cell D1, which is where the duplicate of what is in C is without any data entry exists. I want it to where from 16 to 20, the cell in D1 is copied, but to leave 1 through 15 as they were.

Sorry if this makes it sound complex, but if someone can look at the workbook it be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Ok, I've been trying to get this working, and I've come up with this, but it's obviously not working... this is to the page I am trying to work on, so bare with the script difference between the workbook attached.
