Exporting Access table to Specific file/cell

I am trying to automate payroll process. As of now, we receive paper copy then manually key in payroll numbers. Our payroll processing company can give us text file as you can see in the attachment. I have automated process where I transfer text file to Access but I would like to export tblExport from Access into JE_Import file based on the account using VBA. Right now, it takes us about 4-5 hours weekly to enter the information. Is there a way to export tblExport to specific cell based on the account? Any help is greatly appreciated. If there is easier way to do it thru Excel, I am more than happy to change approach. I just need Payroll.txt to end in JE_Import file.
