Change color of gommand button

Can someone please tell me if it is possible (and how) to change the color of what I think is called a command button. when I press the button it executes a code in a module.

I hope this is clear and that someone understands me, but my knowledge of vba and the terminology is sadly lacking

Hi,

instead of inserting a forms or control button, just insert a shape. You can style a shape with any appearance that Excel offers, and just attach a macro to the shape by right-clicking the shape and selecting "Assign Macro"
