Transfer data into another closed workbook???

I need help with this, but I don’t know a thing about macros etc.

Multiple users will input data into a worksheet. This worksheet will be completed daily. Each day the file will be saved and email to various people. The problem I have is that everyday the worksheet will be saved under a different name and most likely information will be overwritten and saved under the new days date.

At the end of the month, quarter, year I need to take all the data from everyday and compile it by individual.

Yikes!!! I have no clue how to do this????
Can information somehow be transferred into an master workbook (closed book and saved in another drive) and from there the data be used to compile it when we are asked to????

I can’t think of any other way to do this.

Appreciate your help with this one. I don’t know how or if this can be done.

I have attached two spreadsheets.
The one title new shift report has other data that will be inputted daily, but for now I only need one section of it.
The other is the end result that I need when asked for individual report.

I have only excel 2003 so, not sure if this is possible.
