Help with modifying code to copy specific cells on target row instead of the whole row

Replace this...

      DataRng.Cells(R, 1).Resize(1, 15).Copy DstWks.Cells(Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp).Offset(1, 0)

With something like this (change to suit)...

      NextRow = DstWks.Cells(Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp).Offset(1, 0).Row 'Next empty row
      DstWks.Cells(NextRow, "A").Value = DataRng.Cells(R, "A").Value   'Copy A to A
      DstWks.Cells(NextRow, "B").Value = DataRng.Cells(R, "C").Value   'Copy C to B
      DstWks.Cells(NextRow, "C").Resize(, 3).Value = DataRng.Cells(R, "F").Resize(, 3).Value  'Copy FGH to CDE
