Autofill Dates

Hi,
I have an excel file with 3 sheets in it.
In the sheet "Enter" if I enter the month (Ex: May or 5 'Any thing is okay') it should fill the series in sheet "001" (horizontally) and in sheet "002" (Vertically).
Attaching the file. Please help..

It would be better if it is without a macro. If there is no other option macro is okay.

IF I enter May, it should fill as may 1, may 2, may 3....horizontally in one sheet and vertically in one sheet..
