Using macros to populate data from a form

Hi All

I need help for the following scenario:

Column G in the assumptions sheet would be a input field and hence would keep changing. Once the values have been changed we'll use a button to trigger the macro. The macro should capture each form in a sequential way. Capturing the date and time stamp of the submission along with the entered data. Plus it should also generate a sequential reference number. So far I have only been able to capture 1 form as it does not seem to move down to capture a new form. File attached fro reference.

Any help is highly appreciated.
