Excel to move and rename files

Hi guys,

I need to be able to have a macro that when it runs it moves and renames a file (Reference.xls) from its current location to its CurrentFolderLocation & "\Old"
The name of the newly saved file should be: "Reference " & Todays Date [ddmmyyyy] & Current Time [hhmmss]
Then the current workbook saves itself as Reference.xls in CurrentFolderLocation
