Excel Marquee! Workbook included with half-working example

Ok, so I have a working marquee (HURRAH!) except there are a few things I would like to change...

Firstly, I would like the marquee to be able to change its contents when the web query changes.

and

Secondly, i would like to actually be able to use the worksheet when the marquee is in action

All help appreciated!

(P.s. Im sure the actual marquee i have at the moment may be useful as a template to some people )
