Rate exchange help

Hi guys. I need some help on a macro here! I dont have much time to search on it because i have some problems to solve but if you can help me it will be great.

So a teacher told me to do a macro for the EURO and Dollar exchange rate every minute... I skiped some classes and I only know how to do basic macros so guys if you have any tips... He told us to use thise website to see the exchange rate: http://www.fxstreet.com/rates-charts/forex-rates/

Well if you think like that then YES :D But actually im not asking that! I only wanna know the algorithm of the macro... Ill build it on VB sintax...

Well in my opinion I saw some tutorial on youtube about this and I asked my professor to do it with web tables import... But he sayd with macro only so... im screwed!
I didnt do any codding cuz I really dont know how to start!

Well look up how to do a web table import in code that website will give you nothing but problems though

Yeah I allready searched on yahoo... much better one... I just dont know if the exchange rate over there is in realtime..

I have made some progress allready but can you tell me the line code for refreshing in 1 minute interval?! I made it on .RefreshOnFileOpen = "true" but i need it in 1 minute intervals..
