Macros for reconciliation

Dear Experts,

I am new to macros and working on reconciliation of asset category data which as 4000+ line items. I request to suggest me to create a macro which should helps in identifying same values in a particular column.

{Ex. (1455) the same repeated in 14 times in a column).

Kindly help me.
