Find and Replace - Value selected at random from a list

OK that is one hell of a confusing title.

What I have is 500 city names with 10 variations on the description. For example: Come and visit [City] find everything you need for a fantastic trip here

I want to randomly apply these 10 variations to the 500 cities but also replace [City] with the relevant city name.

I was hoping to use a macro as it's something I will be doing a lot over the next few weeks for thousands of values. Doe anyone have any idea if it's possible and also how to do it, I have no issue using 2 macros either.

Here is a sample with a smaller list, so we have 10 descriptions, lots of city names and I want them to appear at random with the relevant city name.
