running a macro then an error of #REF! issue

Re: the attached file - The file I have contains links into other sheets, most of the data is obtained from the GOIT907 sheet which I paste raw data into. When I run a macro over the raw data to clean it up, all the references in the other sheets show the above #REF! error in all cells – in particular the result data sheet. Is there a way to stop the referencing picking up the changes until after the macro is run?
Does it have something to do with the Automatic Formulas updating function? When I run the macro, it only wants to work properly when “Automatic “ is selected. The macro is in the file and called Business_907Clean if it needs to be modified in any way?
The only solutions I have found so far are to: copy and paste the original formulas back into the main sheet after running the macro (I have to then globally remove the sheet/file reference, which restores the outcomes), or I can run the macro over the raw data in another sheet then copy and paste the outcome over the top of the manipulated raw data.
