    Auto assign Macro

Not sure this is possible, but it is way beyond my understanding so any support will be very appreciated.

Attached is a simplified file that I am working on.

On Sheet 1 it states the job numbers and rota's for that week (week 1). There is another sheet that show the knowledge of the relief persons.

Is it possible that a macro can be set up that automatically populates the relief cells on week 1 sheet using the information provided on job knowledge sheet.

Thank you for any support offered

    Re: Auto assign Macro

Do you have a sample output file that you can upload? Your request is not very clear.

    Re: Auto assign Macro

    Sorry for my poor clarity.

Basically what I am after is when I click a Macro for Monday (for example) to auto assign the relief persons to a job that is not covered.

With the attachment above on Monday job 203 and 204 is not covered. I would run the macro and using the information from the Job Knowledge tab, Sue would be allocated job 204 and Helen 203

    Thank you

    Hi Arlette,

I have a macro that highlights through a message box which jobs are not covered.

    Re: Auto assign Macro

So this new piece of code you require should take the values from the msgbox and proceed further?
