form data to calculate and then populate worksheet;which will then macro cmd produce a rep

I am trying to accomplish this: When subject checks box on form (ie 1500 Rev) and then enters caliber (ie .38) it will enter their position number on sheet "round count" in the next open line and then calculate the number of rounds. I put the number of rounds fired for each type of match on the sheet "stuff" in an attempt to make it work but that does not seem to help me. While the caliber can change in the "what are they shooting- the number of rounds will always be the same for the particular checkbox. 1500 revolver= 150 rounds ; 1500 semi auto= 150 rounds; semi auto dist= 60 rounds; revolver dist.= 60 rounds; service match 1 & 2= 48 rounds each. What seems to be messing me up the most is that someone can fire different calibers (no troubles..) but they can also fire the same caliber for different matches. When I try to make it add them together it results in error.
Then...I want to create a simple report of rounds fired by caliber and position as with the Word template I created (thinking that was the best way) but can't figure out how to either table and move or input as individual fields the monthly report. There is likely a better way to generate the report but I can't seem to figure it out.
Any help. suggestions, wise remarks, sincerly welcome.

    Hi Juli

    In response to your PM

Simple explanation...with UserForm CheckBox5 change the Caption Property from "Team- teammate is:" to "Team (each member)" without the Quotes. If you wish to know "WHY" let me know...I'll try to explain...but not tonight...too late.

I made the change- that now works- I can see why but have no idea how I changed it in the first place? Thank You as always John. I am leaving the post up and unsolved as this involves a different issue...
