VBA to lock cells is failing due when dealing with grouped cells

Hello First post for me
I have found some code that allows me to lock only cells that are occupied with data.
This works fine until any form of formating is applied particularly Grouping.
Reading some of the other posts i will upload a file for others to have a look at.

Can someone tell me if there a way to make it work with grouping?
