i have an output from ip2location as in attached excel.. i wish to align the data in proper columns and rows.. as in the required output.. could this be done programatically?

looks like there are some inconsistencies in script.. latitude, longitude is not written for most of rows.. anyways.. not an issue.. will try to rectify JBeaucaire's script or your's. I am closing the thread with many best regards for both..
