Macro to open embed excel workbook & save it on desktop

Hi Team,

I need a macro that would

1. Open a embed excel workbook from inside of a another workbook
2. Save it on the desktop. (with any name - I would change it later)
3. Open the workbook from my desktop.

I need this macro as I have created a copy past macro which works fine but I need the copied data to be pasted on the embed workbook and then save it on my desktop.

Is this possible?
