Auto copy formatted cells to new worksheet

When I insert a date in column A the corresponding cell in Column D turns red. When I insert a completion date in Column D the cell reverts to white. What I want to do is have a way to automatically copy any row with a red cell from the 'Started' worksheet to the 'Not Completed' worksheet, that is so I can look at at the "Not Completed" worksheet at any time and see what is not finished. Also, is the way that I did the conditional formatting for the cell to turn red and revert to white the best way to do it? Any help appreciated.
