Conditional formatting not copied as a result of macro fix?

Hi guys,

First up thank you for taking the time to take a look at my problem, essentially i have a working macro which splits up some data based on a criteria cell and puts the data into new tabs (this part works perfectly) however the conditional formats that i have o the original sheet do not transfer across to these new sheets correctly. If anyone can help me fix this issue i would be greatly appreciative, i have included an example spreadsheet with the macro in question. This should make the issue easier to understand.
