sending rows with Down status thru email to one person

Good afternoon everyone.

I am currently formulating a file sending rows with down status to one person.
I used the sample from Sir Ron De Bruin, but the the auto email used to based in column B where need to input email address.
This is the first time I use the macro in excel.

i have attached the sample file that I am now formulating.
