That was a great help thanks. One more question. If you look at the total line I am trying to get it to take any hours over 40 and put it into anouther column under over time. But that calculation is not working. I am using an "if" statment.
Your formula there is OK.
Again the problem is the format in this cell(I16)
Use the same format as i did in my example in H16 and formula will give you the right result.
