If function with three arguments

Hi peope!
Can someone pleas help me? I have 3 argumens class A, B, C... i have dimenion range of product and i have prices for each dimension range and class.
For exampe: I have product's 1st is class A, dimension is 40cm and for class A and dimension 40cm - 50 cm price is 1692$, 2nd product is class E, dimension 72cm and price for range >50cm is 407$ and so on....
Now what i wona do is than whan i put in one row classes of all products, in 2nd row i put there dimension's (not range of dimensions) and i want that in 3rd row excel put price that i told him for that class and that dimension range. Like i puted in attachment.
Hope someone can help me.
