Manipulating data between different worksheets

Dear All

I have two worksheets.
One of them has say 100 names and some details against each name in the next few columns.
The second worksheet has 30 names ( these 30 names are a subset of the 100 names in the above worksheet). Here only names are present.

I would like to make another worksheet or a new file which has the names and the respective names of the 70 people whose names do not exist in the second worksheet.

How do i do this?

Please find the attached file. Since it is sample data only, in the first worksheet i have 42 records, in the second worksheet, i have 15 of these records.

so in the third worksheet, i would like to have the remaining (42-15=27) data of the first worksheet.
