vlookup help, combined with match()

Hi there,

I'm trying to combine a vlookup formula with match(). Please see the attached file.

Basically, in sheet1, cell L2, the formula is first of all trying to look for the record that meets the matching criteria. Then I would like to use a vlookup or something like that to get the corresponding gaf admit from column B.

So, L2 should really equal to 30, instead of 20. (should get the gaf admit that belongs to the record that meets the two criteria)

I'm not going to use VBA but want some formula help.

Is there way to do this all in one formula?
