Mark intersecting cell "Yes" if both Column and Row Headers exist in raw data as a pair

I have attached a sample workbook showing what I want to happen. There are two sheets ("RawData" and "TeamReport"). "RawData" has Machines in Column A and Applications in Column B. "TeamReport" has Machines across the top and Applications down the left side. I need a macro to mark the cell where the column and row meet as "Yes" if the specific application is on the specific machine. The cells I have blacked out are placeholders for additional data. I will gladly work on the code myself if someone can point me in the right direction but I can't figure out how to begin to implement this. Any help is appreciated...
