In my project i have 5 columns
Name of the Student Marks1 Mark2 Mark3 Total Comment
x 49 59 69 535 Work hard
y 53 53 53 346 Not bar
z 35 53 53 292 Meet Hod
In List Box1 I have to display the name who secured more than 400 marks. and in RefEdit1 i have to display the comment.
When i select the name of the student the particular comment display in refedit1.
When i update the commment it should updated in the particular rown. How can i do it.

unfortunately you don't write if the Listbox1 should be based in a Userform, or directly in the worksheet. Would you expect to see all studends with a total >400 or just the first?
I would suggest that you upload a sample file, idealy with the Userform already created. I am sure it will be far easier for the forum members to provide you with the required code, once we have a better idea of what you really need.
