    Pivot table

Is it possible to automatic add empty rows in a pivot table? What I mean is the following:

When I transform my data into a pivot table I only get the weekdays for every person when he actually does an activity. Can excel automatic add all weekdays an just fill in zero's if that person doesn't perform an activity that day?

    example: see attachment

No, you have to data rows in the source data to show in the pivot table. Also, you need to repeat the person, otherwise all but the first wil show under a Person of (blank). And ... you must spell the day name correctly, to get a correct sort order.
