Macro to rearrange data from 1 column to 3 new columns???

Hi, So I'm very new at this but really need some help.
I have some data in column J that must be rearranged across 3 new columns based on the corresponding cell value in column I.
I have only limited knowledge but expect this would be a fairly simple task for anyone with a decent VBA background
Spreadsheet attached is fairly self explanatory I think, so I would really appreciate any help that is offered.
