Weighted Median with a condition (group by)

Hi All,

I am new to VBA programming, I need some help in calculating Weighted Median with a condition of group by based on the value in another column. I attached a sample file of my requirement. Column A contains the item number and Column B contains the weight and Column C contains the values. I need the weighted median for each item on Column D.

I would appreciate if someone helps by providing any code or formula or user defined function to calculate these.
