VBA Matching between two workbooks

I have two spreadsheets. One with the list and macro (procedure list) used to match values from a rawdata.xml file. I can get the two sheets to match when the cells are exactly the same, but I also need it to match when a procedure name from the procedure list matches part of a string in the rawdata file.

Ex.

“Terms Inquiries – Commercial” matches “--font color="white"-ter-/font--Terms Inquiries – Commercial”

As you can see my rawdata file has format identifiers that messes up the exact match. Can someone take a look at my coding and give me a hand. Any help would be appreciated.
