Delete rows based on multiple cells

I need help with deleting multiple rows based off of two different cells. For example:

    color date
    Red 2/15
    Red 2/15
    Blue 2/15
    Green 2/16
    Red 2/16

Red was chosen twice on 2/15, but i need it filtered to only show it was chosen. i don't want to see how many different times it was chosen. Ultimately, I want to filter the info using a macro. Thanks!
