Ribbon in Excel 2010

I am looking at a vba code or function to disable certain functions on ribbon in excel 2010. Would be greatful for suggestions and help.

There are answers, but all disables the complete ribbon whereas there are no answers if i have to disable only a part of ribbon, for eg : to disable the cut, copy mode buttons on the ribbons, there are no codes available.
