    Delete duplicates, triplicates and retaining 1 unique

    I have this sheet containing 2 related columns. I need to delete duplicate, triplicates, and so on entries on column B to end up a 1 unique entry.

    Currently I am using the conditional formatting to highlight duplicate entries and deleting them using "remove duplicate" in Excel 2007. Issue is only deletes the duplicate but the triplicate values remain.

    is there a specific function or VBA to do this? I am attaching my sample file. Column C is just a note on what I need as a result.
