export a calculation to excel so that the actual numbers and answer are visible

I wonder if anyone can help. I need to generate an excel report which shows the calculation when transferred to a word document. The complication comes as well in that the calculation can have different cells integrated into the next function depending on which answer is larger. I have attached a summary of how I want the calculations to appear in word eventually. These are calculations showing hearing losses summed over 3 frequencies. In calculating binaural summation loss we need to place more weight on the better ear. Therefore we have to mutiply the better ear by 4, add the worst ear figures and divide by 5. Obviously it could be either ear that is better and although I know how to write formula for the equation if the side didnt matter I am clueless how to write an equation where you state [if cell A1 is greater than A2 then etc etc). Many thanks in anticipation

    .................................................................................................................................
1,2 &3 KHz D.H.S.S. Air Summation Binaural Hearing loss

    Right 20 + 45 + 65 = 130dB

    Left 25 + 50 + 70 = 145dB

    (130 x 4) + (145 X 1) = 133dB
    5

    .................................................................................................................................
1,2 &3 KHz D.H.S.S. Bone Summation Binaural Hearing loss

    Right 20 +50 +65 = 135dB

    Left 25 + 50 + 65 = 140dB

    [U](135 x4) +(140 x 1) = 136dB
    5

    .................................................................................................................................
0.5,1 &2 KHz . Average( Coles Worgan) Binaural Hearing loss

    Right 20 + 45 + 15 = 27dB
    3

    Left 25 + 50 + 15 = 30dB
    3

    (27 X 4) + (30 x 1) = 27dB
    5
