Copying Data from one worksheet to another conditionally

Hi all,

Thanks for taking the time to look over my question.

The sampledata workbook has a similar setup to what I am looking at...basically I am looking to copy the cell in the details column on Sheet1 to the details column on sheet 2 so long as the code and locale in the same row are equal.

So for example, I am trying to create a macro that will see that on sheet 2 the code a at locale en is blank - check sheet one for the equivalent value and fill the blank.

Any assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated!
