Link to collate the data from different tabs

Hi,
Members on this forum has helped great deal before and here is hoping this will be the case one more time.
Referring to the attached file, I wanted to see if there is anything in Excel that will allow me to click on name "J Smith" (C9 in Management Report tab) and that will collate the information from one or two different tabs (NSNC & NSEC) and populate columns A-N (in both NSNC & NSEC tab columns A-N has the same set of data in each column) in a new tab or a new window?
Your help and suggestions would be appreciated.
