How Do I Put in Variable Areas Into a Macro

Hi,
this is my first post!
I am trying to write a macro that puts in an autofilter, filters out specific clients and then deletes all lines that remain from the filter.

The macro records specific cells, rather than what I am clicking which is End Down.

So when I come to run the macro the next time the macro has the specific cells which I don't want.

Any ideas?

auto filter data according to client and copy each filtered data to another sheet.
every time you filter remove earlier filter and then filter RECORD macro following steps and edit the macro
