Question Adding a Calendar for quick cell input

Does anyone know how to have some sort of Data Validation where when clicking on in the desired cell, a calendar pops up and you can choose a date that then gets entered as the date in the following format "1/1/12" or something like that? Would I have to add pictures of a calendar for each month?
    hmmm...

    Hi,

Look at http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/mso...r-control/2675 or the new control called DTPicker.
One test is worth a thousand opinions.

so excel 2007 is a bit trickier. I followed the instructions. It doesnt work when I try to enter in the closest thing to "Calendar Control" is "Date Control" but after I drag and drop the size of calendar I want (I only assume thats why it gave me crosshairs), it says that it cannot insert this object... Back at square one.
