Automatic email from excel with the attached referece.

Good morning everyone.
I would like to formulate an automatic email to the concerned people who will do the next step in a process. We are using microsoft outlook in our company so there will be no worry by sending the email.
In order for one to perform a job, he/she must have a reference number from the first doer and this is we called SJO.
I do not know about macros but I think the formulation will be made through this.
The condition would be when the doer input date in each box it will be automatically send an email to the next doer (indicated in the comment). Much better if the header and the whole row of SJO and its last activity date would be attached in email by screen shot.
The purpose of this is to know exactly where the process ends and who is the last person to ask when making an audit.

When sending an email, the subject title would be the SJO reference number.
