Drop down always visible when scrolling left or right

Hi you'll

I a sheet I have a drop down that I like to be visible no matter how far to the
right I scroll. I do not want to use freeze panes, unless there is no better/other way.

Any thoughts anyone?

Hi MarcoAUA,

I believe the best solution is what you have already mentioned i.e., Freeze Panes.
Other solution could be VBA (macros), where a popup - window containing drop down can be opened from any cell due to some triggering events like putting some defined value on a cell / clicking a button etc.

I thought so. I already moved around some stuff to use the freeze panes option. Very clean and actually very little hassle.

I guess this is a solved matter.
