Conditional formating

    Lightbulb Conditional formating

    I am looking to compare the Month row to the Benchmark row. If the month is higher it should be displayed in red. If it is equal or lower it should be in green. Any ideas?

    Also i would like it to be higher than a percentage of the benchmark for it to be colored red... any help would be appreciated

    Try this.

    =B$15>B$16>> for red color.

    Same for green.
