Insert Cells look up data

On sheet 1 I have a list of HEADER A and HEADER B data. What I need to do is have a macro look at sheet 2 and match up the data in column a on sheet 2 to column a on sheet 1. Then it will insert new lines for the number of matches on sheet 2 then copy the data from sheet 2 column be into sheet 1 column c for those new columns.

I hope that makes sense. I included an example of the results in the attached spreadsheet.
