Do not know the formula would I use to UserForm

to the experts excel in this forum

1. I want to use a userform to enter data , then data will be entered into a table in Sheet OF month (when I choose a month on the userform)

2. After I chose the Moon, then I would choose the date on the UserForm option, the election date that will determine my entry table. There are two options that I provide a table for example, the date 1 and 2 are on the same table, 3 and 4 are on the same table at the next one

3. In this case I make an example only Month Jan and Feb are the two tables on .. 1 and 2 are at a table ... on 3 and 4 are at a table next to

4. and so on
