Match data and calculate date difference

Hi All
On sheet 1 of the attached worksheet i have columns of data from A to BR,i would like to do the following
A.
Match the names in col H with the names in col C by shifting down the data in cols F to BR.

B.
Calculate the the date difference between col F and col A and place the results in col O

Sheeet 2 on the attached worksheet shows the finished article.The data is usually longer,this is just a small sample.A macro would be the ideal solution if possible,rather than a lookup table.
